After work drinks turn into a spontaneous dinner with friends. Guests can dine at the bar or open kitchen.

Small plates of Iberian classics and more substantial dishes sit alongside an extensive cocktail menu and wine list showcasing wines from Victoria and cooler climate Australia as well as European favourites, highlighting Vinho Verde and wines from the Douro Valley.

Spanish cues are made obvious on the menu, from lighter snacks such as olives, marcona almonds and yellow fin tuna escabeche, to more substantial plates like a Portuguese prawn roll and Mr Mills' take on a "Bikini".
